The Way North is a small Act 3 main quest that unlocks the north gate in Homestead. it is offered by the Black Legion footman guarding the gates, after completing The Aetherial Farm.

- Speak to Ulgrim at Homestead
Guide[ | ]
Ulgrim can be found on the upper level of Homestead. Speak to him and he will suggest you speak with the Kymon's Chosen and Order of Death's Vigil representatives. Agreeing to do so will complete this quest and also activate the Allies Among the Ashes quest.

| The guard at the gates north out of Homestead will not let you pass until you have debriefed Ulgrim. Speak to Ulgrim on the balcony overlooking the fields, just above Captain Somer's planning room.
