This is an Act 5 side quest, offered by Garradia in Coven's Refuge after completing A Witch's Bargain.
Garradia says that ever since the Ugdenbog Fetish was stolen, the coven wards and protective spells have begun to fail. To restore the wards they require new materials.

The Venomgaze Bile quest item drops from Basilisks, The Leafmane Alpha Horn from Leafmane Alphas, and Ugdenbloom from Swamp Golems. All can be obtained easily in Ugdenbog. Return them to Garradia for the reward.

| Garradia has asked you to gather some materials to prepare for the Coven's new protective ritual. She requires Venomgaze Bile from Venomgaze Basilisks, a Horn from a Leafmane Alpha, and an Ugdenbloom found growing around the bog or from the Ugdenbog Golems.
When you have all three, bring them to Garradia at the Coven's Refuge in Ugdenbog in exchange for iron bits. Objectives:
