This is a small Act 6 side quest, offered by Vivian Neven in the Steelcap District.
Vivian and an injured Rictor Clarke are stranded and in need of rescue.

Vivian and Rictor are found behind a Wooden Door in the west part of the Steelcap District.
Despite the various dialogue options, Rictor is too injured to move and must be left behind. The quest ends when you teleport Vivian to safety in the Resistance Hideout.
