This is a small Act 5 main quest, available to characters that have finished the base game prior to installing the Ashes of Malmouth Expansion. It is granted automatically on commencing the Expansion to direct the player back to the main quest line.

Speaking with Inquisitor Creed will provide several dialogue options which will initiate the Expansion cut-scene. Creed will then offer the Desperate Measures quest.
