Power of our Enemies is an Act 4 Faction side quest offered by Anasteria in the Fort Ikon Prison.
Anasteria lost most of her personal stores in the Aetherial attack on Fort Ikon, and asks you to collect some items that she may continue her research.

The Ancient Heart, Blood of Ch'thon and the Tainted Brain Matter can be farmed for or recovered from the player stash.

Anasteria will then offer the Wrath of the Beast side quest.

| Now that you've allied yourself with Anasteria, the witch who has been aiding the Black Legion, she has asked you to acquire some rare materials for her sorcery. Anasteria requires an Ancient Heart, from powerful beasts and animals, a vial of Blood of Ch'thon, from high-ranking cultists and their chthonian minions, and a Tainted Brain, from a powerful Aetherial. Once you have all three, bring them back to her at the Fort Ikon prison.
