This is an Act 5 side quest, offered by Matron Malostria in Coven's Refuge after completing Allure of the Wendigo and gaining Respected Faction Status.
Malostria tells of three ritual sites near the refuge which have become unstable, turning into unintentional spirit traps. Before the coven can perform the warding ritual to protect the refuge, the circles must be cleansed.

Two circles are located in Ugdenbog, one north and one east of Coven's Refuge. The other is just west of the Refuge Riftgate. Defeat the Trapped Wraith at each circle to restore them, then return to Matron malostria.
