Faldis, scavenging for supplies in the Lower Crossing, has become trapped inside a house surrounded by rift scourges and the walking dead.

Faldis can be found inside a house just before the Lower Crossing Rift. Speaking to him will provide the option of opening a rift for him back to Devil's Crossing.
Unless playing on Elite or Ultimate, it is necessary to complete Waking to Misery before you can speak to Faldis inside the prison to complete the quest.
