This is an Act 6 side quest, offered by Captain Wilfor in the Steelcap District Resistance Hideout as part of th Stoking the Flames quest.
Several Resistance memebers have gone out to search the Steelcap District for supplies, but some have not returned. Captain Wilfor asks you the search for Hyram and Nadia, as well as any other survivors.

Guide
Hyram and Nadia can be found in Malmouth Harbor, Hyram with three other survivors on the second level of a house, and Nadia with one other in a separate building.

| Several members of the Resistance never returned from their recent excurson into Aetherial territory. Captain Wilfor wasn't sure they'd be up to the task, and it appears he was correct. Unfortunately it now means that a scavenging operation in the Steelcrap District has turned into a rescue. Find Hyram and Nadia along with any other survivors, if they are still alive.
