Good Aspirants are Difficult to Find is an Act 7 side quest, offered by Keisen in the Conclave of the Three after completing the Loyalty to the Three quest.
Keisen has sent a group of aspirants to scour the Temple of Osyr for valuable artifacts. They are late in returning and Kaisen asks you to find them, or at least the objects they have scavenged.

A group of Solael aspirants was sent out to the Temple of Osyr, to the north of the Conclave of the Three, to scout and gather any relics they could scavenge to aid in the upcoming attack. They should have returned yesterday, but no one has heard from them. Keisen has asked you find them and return with anything they found, and possibly with them too. Objectives:
