Fate of the Bloodsworn is a small Act 7 side quest, and is available only if the player has completed the act 6 quest The Bloodsworn Damned and allowed the Bloodsworn to go free. The quest is activated on entering the second level of the Temple of Ateph.

Guide[ | ]
Enter the second level of the Temple of Ateph. Kill the Chthonian Rylok Boss named Ketan'Thunn. A nearby Bloodsworn Corpse can then be looted to collect the Bloodsworn Manuscript quest item and complete the quest.

| When you approached the altar in the Temple of Ateph, you discovered a number of Bloodsworn cultist corpses strewn about. You were assaulted by a Chthonian monstrosity, perhaps the result of a failed summoning.
Upon closer inspection, these Bloodsworn seem familiar. Search the Temple of Ateph, in the Ruins of Abyd north of the Vanguard of the Three, for any clues regarding how these cultists got here and what they were trying to do. Objectives:
