A Rover Rescue is a small side quest in Act 1 that starts by talking to Jasper in a cavern in Wightmire. Jasper and his companions have been captured by escaped convicts and put to work in a mine as slave labor.

Entrance locations
The cave entrance can spawn in one of three locations. The first is northwest of the Wightmire riftgate, another to the southeast, and the third to the east in the Sodden Hollow.
Kill the Convicts then talk to Jasper for the reward. Talking to Jasper both starts and completes the quest.
