The Tomb of the Watchers is a world area in Act 4. It has one entrance located in the Necropolis Interior, which is unlocked by destroying the 3 blood wagons around the Necropolis.
This area comprises the first level of the final three-level dungeon. There are two secret chests and two secret areas, which can be accessed by activating Loose Torches.
