This is an Act 2 quest offered by Mornay after finishing the Murderers and Worse quest.
He suggests you seek out a Rover named Quade in Old Arkovia.

- Speak to Quade at the Rover camp in Old Arkovia.

The camp is not difficult to find; after destroying the barricade in Clearing the Way and crossing the bridge to the Rocky Coast, follow the road and the camp will become visible to your left, near the Old Arkovia Riftgate. Quade will be there; speaking with him completes the quest.

Quade will then offer the Disarming the Enemy side quest.

| Quade and his group are unlike most Rovers. Rather than stand by and watch as the outlaws destroyed their lives, they instead took up arms and marched against the enemy. It was Quade's group that rescued Mornay during his last venture into .
It would be wise to speak with Quade if you are to attack the outlaws at their strongest. His camp should be near the Four Hills in Old Arkovia. Objectives:
