The Future is Madness is an Act 7 side quest, offered by Kira in the Conclave of the Three, after completing A Future Foretold and reaching Honored Faction Status with the Cult of Dreeg.

- Acquire the Hexstone of Dreeg
- Use the Hexstone to purge Inarah's defenses in the Tomb of Nephos
- Speak with Inarah at the Tomb of Nephos
- Eliminate Inarah, the Afflicted
- Return to Kira at the Conclave of the Three
Guide[ | ]
The Hexstone of Dreeg quest item is given by Kira on acceptance of the quest. The entrance to the Tomb of Nephos is a short way south of the Korvan City Rift. in the middle of the tomb lies a glowing green gate locked by a Sorcerous Barrier, which is opened by the Hexstone. in a room beyond, Inarah, the Afflicted can be found, who will attack the player after speaking with her. Kill her then return to Kira.

Inarah was last seen headed to the Tomb of Nephos, within the Valley of the Chosen, in the Infernal Wastes. What the Mind Reaper seeks there is unknown, but it cannot be allowed to pass. Track down Inarah and do whatever is necessary. You have been issued a Hexstone of Dreeg to dispel any defenses she may have erected to thwart pursuers. Objectives:
