This is a small Act 7 side quest which introduces the player to the Forgotten Gods content.
The Emissary, a representative of the Witch Gods, seeks aid in the struggle against a rising power in the distant Korvan lands.

Guide
On completion of the Act 1 quest line,The Emissary will appear in Devil's Crossing.
For characters previously leveled before installing Forgotten Gods, he will also appear in Homestead, Fort Ikon, Coven's Refuge and/or Sewer Hideout.
The Emissary will invite the player to join him in the Korvan lands, and on agreement will disappear through a portal. Following him,the portal will take the player to the Conclave of the Three, where they can talk to The Emissary again to complete the quest.
