This is a small Act 6 side quest, activated when talking to Bloodsworn Nimia in the Fringes of Sanity.
Imprisoned in the Void, Nimia begs to be released, saying she is not a true believer and she only joined the cult of Ch'Thon for the safety it afforded. She and her companions swear to live better lives if released.

- Leave the Bloodsworn to die

- Destroy the Runed Crystal to release the Bloodsworn
Guide
Talking to Bloodsworn Nimia, she will warn of the approach of a dangerous creature. after exiting the dialogue, Lunal'Valgoth, Steward of Darkness will appear.
After defeating the Boss creature, the quest will become available, and the player will be offered the choice of helping the Bloodsworn or leaving them to die.
