A trapped girl in a cave (requires Dynamite) south-east of the Rotting Croplands rift. On the way there, you meet some really nice and friendly people who only wishes you well.
If you keep questioning her, she gets angry, transforms into a Chthonic creature named Ballog'Nath, the Hellfire.
If you believe her story, you send her out with a Riftgate, and she murders all those nice and friendly people you just met.
If you refuse to let her out and kill her demon form, one of the nearby Rovers will explain that they sealed her in the tomb on purpose because of her demonic characteristics.
