This is an Act 7 main quest, offered by Draellus, Oracle of Dreeg after choosing to work with the Cult of Dreeg during the Loyalty to the Three quest.

This quest is completed by doing two other quests offered by Kira: Dreeg's Usurper and Eldritch Corruption. When these are complete, Draellus can be found at the Vanguard of the Three and the quest turned in.
