Phabius Crowsworth is one of the locals, but sadly he was staying with family in Burrwitch when the Grim Dawn took place.
Based on the tales I've heard about what happened in the village, I fear the worst. Please, if Phabius has been turned into one of those undead monsters, I wish that he be put to rest.
I will gladly share my scavenged supplies in exchange for peace of mind.

Phabius is now a Reanimator and can spawn in one of 5 locations:
- Burrwitch Village, just north-west of the Riftgate by the waterside.
- Can also spawn south-east of the bridge (north-east of the Riftgate,) behind a house and near some gravestones.
- Burrwitch Estates, north-west of the Warden's house, in the field directly south of the Musty Cellar door
- south-east of the Warden's house, on the second floor of a house.
- Abandoned Waterfront, by the docks.
